Early 2022 as I approached turning 30 l assumed I'd have a whole existential crisis but when the time came quite the opposite was true. I felt 18 again haha, playful and optimistic, which gave birth to the Wayne Thiebaud inspired Helado Series. I decided to not take life so seriously and have some fun creatively with the goal of putting smiles on faces. Ice cream was chosen as the subject for it's almost universal association with a good time and pleasant feelings. Let this series serve as a reminder that though it may seem the whole world has gone mad, this Life is to be enjoyed! Have a scoop and a smile.
